Membership on the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is open to any person with an interest in the business of the LEPC. The LEPC is composed of industry representatives, city/county officials, school district officials, police and fire personnel, hospital personnel and interested citizens whose goal is to prevent emergencies, and to prepare the community to best protect itself in the event a chemical emergency occurs.

The City of Albuquerque and the County of Bernalillo are fortunate to have such a dedicated group of professionals working to keep our city safe. With your continued support, we expect the LEPC to continue to be a national leader in community awareness and emergency response.
